UBC Faculty of Medicine Clinician Investigator Scholarship

The UBC MD/PhD Program now has increased opportunity to recruit students interested in combining training in medicine with PhD research, due to generous philanthropic donations targeted to supporting clinician-scientist training. We welcome applicants with strong academic records and leadership skills, combined with experience in and a passion for research.

Have a passion for medicine and research? The MD/PhD Program is a 7-year program offered jointly by the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies and is designed for students who want to pursue a career as clinician-scientists. This program provides highly-qualified students with the opportunity to combine their medical school experience with intensive scientific training.
