Indigenous Students

The Indigenous* Student Initiatives Manager develops and manages support services and programs for current Indigenous medical students, works with MD students and post-grad residents who have an interest in Indigenous health, and acts as a faculty advisor to the Aboriginal Health Initiative, a UBC medical student organization.

*Indigenous refers to non-status & status Indians, Treaty, First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples of Canada.
