Below is an overview of key dates and deadlines you need to keep in mind when applying for the MD Undergraduate Program.

2024/2025 Cycle (entering in August 2025, MED 2029)
| Late June/Early July, 2024 | Online application (OAS) opens. A notice will be posted on the Online Application System and our blog page when the application opens. |
| September 13, 2024 (noon) | Deadline for submission of applications including online application, all applications fees, all North American transcripts, IB/AP or another acceptable English exam score (if applicable), proof of BC Residency (if required), and disability accommodation forms to the Centre for Accessibility. MCAT scores, international transcripts and WES/ICES evaluations are not required until October 15. |
| September 14, 2024 | Last accepted MCAT test date. All scores must be released every year in time for the MCAT score deadline of October 15, 2024, by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. |
| October 15, 2024 - 11:59 p.m Pacific | Deadline for receipt of MCAT scores via the MCAT Score Reporting System. Valid test dates April 17, 2015 - September 14, 2024 provided scores can be received by the MD Admissions Office on or before October 15, 2024 - 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Deadline for receipt of all non-North American transcripts and all required WES/ICES evaluations. |
| September - Early December, 2024 | Evaluation of complete submitted applications. |
| Mid-December, 2024 | Interview invitations will be sent to selected applicants via their OAS account. All supplemental application requirements, forms, and instructions will be made available via the OAS account. |
| Mid-December, 2024 | Deadline to book an interview. |
| February 1-2, 2025 | Multiple Mini-Interview weekend (Virtual MMI). |
| February 9, 2025 | Northern and Rural Virtual Panel Interviews (Virtual). |
| February 21, 2025 | Supplemental Application deadline Reference letters, site preferences, and graduate students must confirm that they will complete their graduate program by July 31, 2025. |
| April 30, 2025 | All applicants must complete a minimum of 90 credits and all English prerequisite courses. |
| May, 2025 | Applicants are notified of admissions decisions via their OAS account. |
| June 30, 2025 | Final transcripts due. All successful and waitlisted applicants must submit (if applicable) one final, official transcript from institution(s) where applicants completed coursework between September 2024 and April 30, 2025. |
| July 31, 2025 | Graduate students must provide proof of completion of their program. |
| August, 2025 | Classes begin for class of 2029 |
